RESERVATION GUARANTEE: » In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit of 50%. We will guarantee your reservation by a signed Visa or MasterCard Credit Card Authorization form. » Please print this form out, sign it and fax it to us. (Fax (506) 735 5407) » We will hold your reservation with this credit card form for 15 days without running it on your card. In this case, there is a 6% service charge as that is the rate the bank charges us here. The remainder of the payment can be made at the time of your arrival or if you desire you can pre-pay in full. We prefer you pay in U.S. Dollars (cash or travelers checks). » Click Credit Authorization Form CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received 40 days prior to the arrival date will not be charged. Cancellations received between 40 and 25 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to a night stay. Cancellations received between 25 and 5 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total payment. In case of not showing up or cancellation within 5 days of arrival, Rio Nuevo Lodge reserves the right to charge 100% of the payment. Prepaid unused services are non-refundable. |
